Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In April 2017, we sold two properties (Parkshore Plaza and 25 S. Charles Street) (five buildings), with 630,326 square feet for $64.5 million, excluding closing costs. These properties were classified as held for sale as of March 31, 2017 (see Note 3). In April 2017, we repaid at par $41.3 million of mortgage debt at Parkshore Plaza in connection with the sale of the property.
