(Pink Sheets: CMVT.PK) today announced that, as a result of its previously announced evaluation of its recognition of revenue based on the application of Statement of Position (SOP) 97-2, Software Revenue Recognition, specifically relating to Vendor Specific Objective Evidence ("VSOE"), it is not currently in a position to issue financial statements or disclose revenue (or financial information derived from revenue) for the fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2007. The Company and its advisors are working diligently to complete the evaluation as soon as practicable. As announced in November, any accounting errors identified as a result of this evaluation are only expected to impact the timing of revenue recognized and not to call into question the validity of the underlying transactions or revenue.
