Leases	LEASES In May 2012, Comverse entered into an agreement for the lease of a facility of approximately 271,200 square feet in Raanana, Israel, that is intended to replace its existing office space in Tel Aviv, Israel. The term of the lease is for 10 years, expected to commence in October 2014. In addition, Comverse has the right to extend the term of the lease by up to 5 years. The annual base rent under the agreement is approximately $5.1 million.

The entire disclosure for lessee entity's leasing arrangements including, but not limited to, all of the following: (a.) The basis on which contingent rental payments are determined, (b.) The existence and terms of renewal or purchase options and escalation clauses, (c.) Restrictions imposed by lease agreements, such as those concerning dividends, additional debt, and further leasing.
