On August 4, 2010, Mr. Steven Settles submitted his notice of resignation from the LOGIC Devices Incorporated Board of Directors and as the Compensation  Committee Chairman. Mr. Settles did not express any disagreement with our operations, policies or practices.

LOGIC Devices Incorporated would like to thank Mr. Settles for his years of service.
