Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On November 16, 2006, Isaac Lekach resigned from the Board of Directors of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., effectively immediately. Mr. Lekach cited time and travel constraints as the reason for resigning.
