(together with its various direct and indirect subsidiaries, the "Company") is one of the largest providers of comprehensive medical rehabilitation programs and services in the country. The Company has a significant presence in each of the rehabilitation industry's three principal sectors - inpatient rehabilitation care, outpatient rehabilitation care and contract services.
