Related Party Transactions	Note 20—Related Party Transactions Singularity University In fiscal year 2015, we joined Singularity University’s Innovation Partnership Program, which is an innovation ecosystem for Fortune 500 companies to collaborate in the areas of technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and business strategy. In fiscal year 2015, we also purchased a Corporate Labs Membership from Singularity University (“Singularity”), providing our company with access to educational programs, facilities and network connections. Payments to Singularity in fiscal years 2016 and 2015 totaled, in the aggregate, approximately $415,000 and $575,000, respectively. Robert Nail, who was appointed as a member of our Board of Directors on September 15, 2015, is an Associate Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Singularity. He owns approximately 5.6 percent of the outstanding equity of Singularity.
