Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 13, 2013, Harman International Industries, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (“Harman”) announced that effective July 1, 2013, Sachin Lawande will be appointed as President of the Infotainment Division, and Michael Mauser will be appointed as President of the Lifestyle Division. Effective as of July 1st, Mr. Lawande will no longer serve as the Co-President of the Lifestyle Division and Mr. Mauser will no longer serve as the Co-President of the Infotainment Division. There will be no change to the terms of either Mr. Lawande or Mr. Mauser’s employment.
