Sale Of Intellectual Property	*Note 22 – Sale of Intellectual Property* Effective February 15, 2011, we entered into an agreement with a third party pursuant to which we monetized certain intellectual property rights. Income of $0.3 million and $16.5 million was recognized in connection with this transaction in our Infotainment segment and is included in the Consolidated Statement of Income for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, under the line item Sale of intellectual property.

Note 22 – Sale of Intellectual Property

Effective February 15, 2011, we entered into an agreement with a third party pursuant to which we monetized certain intellectual property rights.
