Guaranty Fund and Other Insurance-Related Assessments	21 - Guaranty Fund and Other Insurance-Related Assessments Our insurance subsidiaries’ liabilities for guaranty fund and other insurance-related assessments were $1,403,829 and $1,812,078 at December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. These liabilities included $433,994 and $548,644 related to surcharges collected by our insurance subsidiaries on behalf of regulatory authorities for 2012 and 2011, respectively.
