SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 28, 2017, the Company completed the sale of its business operations in mainland China. Refer to Note 3, Discontinued Operations, for additional information. On August 3, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of a small company in North America, which will provide the Company with an enhanced platform in the cleaning and breakroom market.
