CytRx Corporation is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 by the scheduled filing deadline, because it requires more time to ensure the Form 10-K is complete and accurate as it pertains to the presentation, financial and otherwise, of stock options of the company.
