Receivables	3. Receivables At December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company had a receivable of $0.1 million and $0.2 million, respectively, primarily related to annual licensing fees due to the Company. Due to the likelihood of the collectability of the accounts receivable, no allowance was recorded.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
