Short-term Investments	3. Short-term Investments The Company held $10.0 million of short-term investments at September 30, 2012. The Company has classified these investments as available for sale. These investments are comprised of federally insured certificates of deposit as follows: $7.0 million with a maturity date of October 4, 2012; and $3.0 million with a maturity date of March 28, 2013.
