Receivable	4. Receivable At December 31, 2011, the Company had a receivable of $175,704 primarily related to annual licensing fees due to the Company. At December 31, 2010, the Company had a receivable of $259,006, $98,000 of which related to a nontaxable grant under the Qualifying Therapeutic Discovery Project Program. Due to the certainty of the collectability of the accounts receivable, no allowance was recorded.
