Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	(5) Related Party Transactions We purchase fuel and tires and obtain related services from Bauer Built, Inc., or BBI. Jerry M. Bauer, the chairman of the board, chief executive officer and the principal stockholder of BBI, is one of our directors. We paid BBI $201,000 in the first six months of 2019 and $188,000 in the first six months of 2018 for fuel, tires and related services. In addition, we paid $571,000 in the first six months of 2019 and $1.4 million in the first six months of 2018 to tire manufacturers for tires that were provided by BBI. BBI received commissions from the tire manufacturers related to these purchases. We provide transportation services to MW Logistics, LLC (MWL) as described in Note 11.
