) Dividends

In

2010,

we announced that our Board of Directors approved a regular cash dividend program to our stockholders, subject to approval each quarter. A quarterly cash dividend of

$0.025

per share of common stock was declared in each of the

first

three

quarters of

2018

and totaled

$4.1

million. A quarterly cash dividend of

$0.015

per share of common stock was declared in each of the

first

two

quarters of

2017

along with a dividend of

$0.025

per share in the

third

quarter of

2017,

which totaled

$3.0

million.
