Share-based Compensation, Option and Incentive Plans Policy [Policy Text Block] We account for share-based payment arrangements in accordance with FASB ASC 718, Compensation - Stock Compensation . During the first six months of 2012, there were no significant changes to the structure of our stock-based award plans. Pre-tax compensation expense related to stock options and performance unit awards recorded in the first six months of 2012 and 2011 was $791,000 and $595,000, respectively.See Note 9 to our consolidated financial statements in our 2011 Annual Report on Form 10-K for a detailed description of stock-based awards under our 2005 Stock Incentive Plan and 1995 Stock Incentive Plan.
