Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	(5) Income Taxes Our effective income tax rate was 41.9% for the first six months of 2012 and 44.6% for the first six months of 2011. This decrease was primarily due to the impact of our driver per diem program on our effective tax rate. The federal statute of limitations remains open for 2008 and forward. We file tax returns in numerous state jurisdictions with varying statutes of limitations.
