Subsequent Event	NOTE 13—SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 21, 2011, the Company completed its purchase of certain assets of MNM Theatres for $9,250, plus additional consideration that is contingent upon MNM's earnings performance over the next three years. The purchase is consistent with the Company's focus of taking advantage of opportunistic acquisitions. MNM Theatres operated three theatres with forty screens in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
