PART III ITEM 10. DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE REGISTRANT. Item 10 of the Registrant's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2001 is amended to add the following information concerning its directors and officers: On April 26, 2002, Roland C. Smith became a director of the Registrant. Mr. Smith was President and Chief Executive Officer of AMF Bowling Worldwide, Inc. and its indirect parent AMF Bowling, Inc. when the companies filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on July 2, 2001 and July 30, 2001, respectively. AMF Bowling Worldwide emerged from bankruptcy on March 8, 2002. Philip A. Smitley was Assistant Vice President and Controller of the Registrant when, on March 26, 2002, he filed a personal voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
