SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Completed Disposition. On November 30, 2018 we sold a commercial property in Minot, ND for a sale price of $6.6 million. Share Repurchase Program. On December 5, 2018, our Board of Trustees reauthorized our common share repurchase program for an additional one-year period.
