Lakeland's net income for the three months ended April 30, 2004 increased to $1.4 million from $0.9 million for the three months ended April 30, 2003, an increase of 65%. Net income per basic and diluted share was $0.44 and $0.43 per share respectively, for the three months ended April 30, 2004 versus $0.26 per share for the three months ended April 30, 2003.
