On November 8, 2021, Viasat, Inc. released its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2022 in a letter to shareholders that is available on the investor relations section of its website. A copy of the press release announcing the release of financial results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the letter to shareholders is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
