(1) Product revenues in the satellite services segment included $26.8 million, $25.3 million and $33.0 million for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2017, March 31, 2016 and April 3, 2015, respectively, relating to amounts realized under the Settlement Agreement. See Note 13.

(2) Operating profits for the satellite services segment included $26.8 million, $25.3 million and $51.8 million for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2017, March 31, 2016 and April 3, 2015, respectively, relating to amounts realized under the Settlement Agreement. See Note 13.

(3) Operating profits for the government systems segment reflected $11.8 million of SG&A expenses for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, relating to uncharacterized damages and penalties in connection with the False Claims Act civil investigation related to the Company’s 52% majority-owned subsidiary TrellisWare. The impact of the loss contingency on net income attributable to ViaSat, Inc. stockholders for fiscal year 2017, net of tax, was $4.0 million, with the related amount of $3.7 million recorded to net (loss) income attributable to noncontrolling interests, net of tax, while the impact on basic and diluted net income per share attributable to ViaSat, Inc. common stockholders for fiscal year 2017 was $0.08 per share and $0.07 per share, respectively.
