Raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods are net of valuation reserves of $36.7 million and $37.3 million as of December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively. Finished goods of $10.6 million and $16.3 million as of December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively, were consigned.
