RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION On September 3, 2003, Toll Brothers, Inc. issued a press release announcing the redemption on October 6, 2003 of all of the outstanding $100 million of Toll Corp.'s 7 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 at 102.583% of principal amount plus accrued interest. The redemption will result in a pre-tax charge in the Company's fourth quarter of fiscal 2003 of approximately $3.3 million. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
