Income Taxes	11. Income Taxes The Company’s 2012 income tax rate for the three and six months ended July 1, 2012 was 35.3% compared to 34.8% for the same periods last year. Prior year was favorably impacted by the Federal research and development credit that expired at the end of 2011.
