Income Taxes	Income Taxes The Company’s 2016 income tax rate for the nine months ended September 25, 2016 was 32.9% compared to 34.8% for the same period last year. The year-to-date tax provision for income taxes included a discrete benefit of $16.1 million associated with the release of a portion of the Company's liability for unrecognized tax benefits relating primarily to the closure of various audits during the second quarter of 2016.
