Issuance of Common Stock	Note 9. ISSUANCE OF COMMON STOCK On February 19, 2014, the Company completed a public offering of 2,018,250 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $28.50 per share. The number of shares the Company sold included the underwriters’ full exercise of their over-allotment option of 263,250 shares. Net proceeds to the Company from the offering, after underwriting discounts and expenses, were $53.6 million.
