Summary of Core Portfolio of Operating Properties and Excludes Development and Redevelopment Properties Under Construction

The Company’s core portfolio of operating properties, as of September 30, 2018, excludes two development properties and five redevelopment properties under construction or committed for construction (collectively, the “Core Properties”).
