Item 1.01.
Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On January 31, 2018, Tech Data Corporation (the “Company”) entered into the Lender Joinder and First Revolver Increase Agreement amending the Second Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement entered into on November 2, 2016 among the Company, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, swing line lender and letter of credit issuer, and the lenders party thereto. The Lender Joinder and First Revolver Increase Agreement, among other things, provides for an increase in the Company’s revolving credit facility from $1.0 billion to $1.25 billion.
