SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY

During fiscal 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program for the repurchase of up to a total of $100.0 million of the Company’s common stock. During the first quarter of fiscal 2016, the Company completed this share repurchase program. Additionally, in June 2015, the Company's Board of Directors authorized an additional share repurchase program of up to $100.0 million of the Company's common stock. The Company completed this share repurchase program in fiscal 2016.
