Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT Legal Settlement The Company has been a claimant in proceedings seeking damages from certain manufacturers of LCD flat panel displays. During the third quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company reached settlement agreements with certain manufacturers in the amount of $22.9 million, net of all attorney fees and expenses. During the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company reached a settlement agreement with an additional manufacturer in the amount of approximately $12.6 million, net of estimated attorney fees and expenses. As each of these settlement agreements represents a subsequent event in relation to a gain contingency, the amounts will be recorded as a reduction of operating expenses in the third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2014.
