Subsequent Events	Note 20: Subsequent Events On February 17, 2012, the Company acquired 50% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Açofran Aços e Metais Ltda, a long products distributor located in São Paulo, Brazil. The acquisition is not material to our consolidated financial statements.
