KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, the undersigned, as a director of Ryerson Tull Procurement Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”) nominate, constitute and appoint Lily L. May, Joyce E. Mims, Terence R. Rogers and Virginia M.
