RadNet, Inc. (the "Company") is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017 within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company requires additional time to complete its XBRL tagging in time for filing the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017.
