SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Proposed acquisitions of imaging centers On February 16, 2023, we acquired Houston Medical Imaging, LLC for a purchase consideration of approximately $29.0 million. Houston Medical Imaging consists of seven multi modality imaging centers located in Houston, Texas. On February 1, 2024, we acquired Antelope Valley Outpatient Imaging Center, LLC for a purchase consideration of approximately $3.5 million. Antelope Valley Outpatient Imaging consists of four multi modality imaging centers located in Palmdale, California.
