EXPLANATION: The Company anticipates a greater loss when compared to last year
primarily as a result of losses due to debt extinguishment arising from the
Company's March 2006 refinancing transaction and a non-cash charge from a
mark-to-market of the Company's interest rate swap also related to its financing
transaction.
