Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

SunGard Data Systems Inc. (the “Company”) is disclosing today that it intends to redeem all of its outstanding 10.625% Senior Notes due 2015 (the “Notes”) under the Indenture dated as of September 29, 2008 (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Indenture”) among the Company, the guarantors named therein, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee. The Company expects to redeem the Notes on April 2, 2012 at a redemption price equal to 105.313% of the aggregate principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date, pursuant to Section 3.07(d) of the Indenture.

This information is being “furnished” pursuant to Item 7.01 and in accordance with general instruction B.2 to Form 8-K shall not be deemed “filed” with the Securities and Exchange Commission for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that section, nor shall such information be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filings under the Securities Act of 1933.
