Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 23, 2016, Kimberly McIntosh Bridges, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vascular Intervention, submitted her resignation to The Spectranetics Corporation (the “Company”). Ms. Bridges’ resignation will be effective February 26, 2016.

In connection with her departure from the Company, Ms. Bridges will receive the payments and benefits to which she is entitled under the Severance Agreement, dated January 6, 2015, between the Company and Ms. Bridges, a form of which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 10.82 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014 that was filed on February 27, 2015.
