Schedule Extinguishment Debt Text	(12) Liability Extinguishment During the 2013 second quarter we concluded that an approximate $4.3 million liability we recorded during 2006 upon the purchase of Sunrise relating to a terminated coal contract was no longer required. The amount had no affect on cash flows.
