Schedule Extinguishment Debt Text	(9) Other Income During the 2013 second quarter we concluded that an approximate $4.3 million liability we recorded during 2006 upon the purchase of Sunrise Coal relating to a terminated coal contract was no longer required. The amount has no effect on cash flows and is not taxable.
