Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(8) Subsequent Event On July 31, 2012 our Board of Directors declared our second special cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable August 17, 2012. The dividend will also apply to our outstanding restricted stock units and options. The cash payment will be about $14.6 million.
