We expect net income of approximately $143,000  for the period ended March 31, 2006. We had a net income of $67,000 for the period ended March 31, 2005.

Sunrise Coal, LLC has informed us that they will shut down the Howesville mine. Due to this unforeseen development, we are evaluating our options, which may include calling off the reorganization and merger, and possibly negotiating a new business structure to account for this development.
