On July 24, 2002, Arthur Andersen LLP was dismissed as our independent accountants. Effective then, we appointed KPMG LLP (KPMG) as our new independent accountants for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002. As disclosed in the national press, Denver experienced one of its worst snowstorms during the week of March the 17th. Our accounting staff was not able to work on the Form 10-KSB for a three day period. Nor were KPMG's staff able to peform audit work during this period. Because of the loss of three days work, we will not be able to file our Form 10-KSB until sometime after March 31, 2003. We plan to file the Form 10-KSB on or before April 15, 2003.
