On February 27, 2015, Johnson Outdoors Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing approval by the Board of Directors of a quarterly cash dividend payable on April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2015 (the "Press Release"). RACINE, Wis., Feb. 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq:JOUT), a global leader in innovative outdoor recreation equipment products, today announced approval by the Board of Directors of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per Class A share and $0.068 per Class B share. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2015.
