Pitney Bowes Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Lila Snyder, Executive Vice President and President, Commerce Services. Ms. Snyder tendered her resignation from the Company on June 30, 2020, to be effective on July 31, 2020. Ms. Snyder has resigned in order to accept an opportunity as a chief executive officer at a privately-held company.
