On July 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Agilysys, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding 5.25% Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (the “Convertible Preferred Stock”) in the amount of $0.114703216 per share, payable on July 22, 2020 to shareholders of record of the Convertible Preferred Stock as of July 21, 2020.
