Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events In January 2012, the Company made a payment of $1.2 million to OnX for a working capital adjustment as part of the sale, which is described in Note 3 to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements. Subsequent to December 31, 2011 and through February 3, 2012, the Company made additional repurchases of 129,044 of its common shares for an aggregate of $1.0 million, representing an average purchase price of $8.10 per common share. This completes the repurchase of shares authorized under the current common share repurchase authorization, which is described in Note 7 to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
